Cancellation rules / Stornoregeln (see Newsletter June 2024)

Sometimes life gets in the way of plans. This often leads to last-minute changes and cancellations for house bookings at Borgo. Unfortunately, rooms can remain vacant if cancellations are too last-minute. This is unfortunate and should be avoided by finding replacements early and informing others promptly to give them a chance to book.

Therefore, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• Send cancellation requests with travel period, booked room, and names of the booking shareholders to booking@borgo-batone.com
• Also, share your cancellation in the Signal groups "Borgo Batone Community" and "Onsite" if it's last minute.

If no replacement is found, Batonis can only be partially refunded based on the cancellation timing:

• From 20 days before arrival: 50%
• From 10 days before arrival: 75%
• From 5 days before arrival: 100%
